Defrost the leaf beet before use.
Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC, and grease an bakingtray with some butter or oil.
Mix the eggs with a fork, and add finely sliced garlic. Season with pepper and salt.
Now add the leafbeet to the mixture and give it a good mix with your hands.
Put it in the bakingtray and put the grated cheese on top.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
For more texture you can add some breadcrumbs to the egg mixture.
