Defrost the endive blocks, and mix them with the cooked potatoes. (So that you have a mashed endive stew)
Add all the other ingredients until you have a smooth texture.
Now form the burgers with a burgerpress or with your hands for a more artisanal look and feel.
Fry the burgers in ghee or coconutfat. This way your burgers will be tastier than cooking them in oil.
Finish with a nice burger-bun and some extra garnish of your choice.
This burger is delicious with home made tomato relish (easy to make with our tomatoes).
